All egos are left at the door and we foster an encouraging team environment no matter your skill level. Each class is organized with a leadership principal as the guiding force which is then used to influence the physical training associated with it.
Classes are currently being held Monday and Wednesday evenings at 8:00 PM and Saturdays at 1:00 PM at Live For This Fitness: 8081 S Broadway, Ste C Littleton, CO 80122. Cost is $20 per month.
Classes are run and instructed by Alex Bitz who is level 1 CrossFit certified. On a periodic basis, experienced students are asked to prepare and run a class as part of the Leadership aspect of the class.
At the end of each workout class, Dan Dietz holds a classroom session talking about various topics revolving around our founding principals.
